Meet the Staff

Timothy J. Story, MD
Dr. Tim Story graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1978. After taking a residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital, he joined the prestigious Meridian Medical Group, based out of Methodist Hospital, for many years.

He joined Nasser, Smith & Pinkerton, based out of St. Vincent Hospital, in 1988. He and Dr. McCallum began FirstLine Personal Health Care in 2005.

Dr. Story has had a very full professional career to date. He has been a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the IU School of Medicine, Chair of Ethics Committee at Methodist Hospital, on-air consultant at the Indianapolis ABC-TV affiliate for five years, Chair of the Medicine Section at Clarian North Hospital, team internist for the Indiana Pacers for 12 years, a primary investigator in FDA - refereed pharmaceutical trials and President of the Indiana Affiliate of the American Heart Association. Additionally, Dr. Story has presented lectures in 14 different states, appearing around 400 times in the role of visiting professor.

In 2010, Dr. Story received his greatest honor, being made a Fellow in the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Story is married and has three sons. He enjoys playing golf, despite his obvious lack of expertise in the activity. He and wife Nancy follow the IU basketball team with passion and prejudice.

Kevin C. McCallum, MD
Dr. Kevin McCallum, a third generation McCallum internist, is a forerunner in Indiana's concierge medicine movement. He became board certified in internal medicine in 1996 and currently is going through the recertification process. He formerly served as the team internist for the Indiana Pacers from 2000-2009, and Chief Hospitalist for the Indiana Orthopedic Hospital from 2005-2006. He maintains hospital privileges at St Vincent 86th street and IU Health North hospitals. In addition, he has a particular interest in disease prevention, behavioral health, nutrition, weight loss management, sports medicine, dermatology, allergy and immunology, rheumatology, cardiovascular risk factor modification and treatment. As his concierge practice at FirstLine PHC and corporate wellness programs have grown over the years, he started FirstLine MD Wellness Solutions to help coordinate a multidisciplinary wellness team focused on an inside out approach to wellness. FirstLine MD’s wellness team includes a top tier performance psychologist, board certified sports performance dietitian, business coach, strength and fitness coach with web access, sports performance chiropractor and other wellness experts if needed to help our concierge medicine and corporate wellness clients achieve their most challenging and elusive wellness goals-not just for today but for a lifetime!
